Founder: Linda Michelle Trainer

A possibility-thinker filled with a great passion for life, Linda Michelle Trainer (known as Linda Michelle) is both a flight attendant and the founder and director of Elegant Doves International, Inc. She uses her opportunity to meet people of diverse cultures, nationalities, and backgrounds to minister the love and living word of God and usher a foundation of healing and wholeness.

Through Elegant Doves, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, established in 1989, she offers practical and effective strategies of hope and healing from the repercussions of childhood incest and abortion decisions made from a wounded spirit. Linda Michelle’s personal and professional vision is to see women and teen girls healed from the emotional scars from their past, breaking generational cycles.

 

Through workshops, support groups, retreats, mentoring, and crisis hotline assistance, she is committed to helping those muzzled emotionally to find and use their voice and renew their courage. She is a team leader with

Atlanta Community Ministries, a trained facilitator with Darkness To Light, and partners with several life-transforming ministries, including VOICE Today, True Identity Ministries, Proverbial Peace Revived and Forever Free.

Linda Michelle is a certified discipleship counselor and is currently pursuing a degree in psychology with a focus in biblical counseling. Sharing the benefits of her experiences, studies and spiritual insights, she mentors women and teen girls from around the world. Linda Michelle is the author and producer of "Be IN Courage", a CD series of inspirational messages of hope and encouragement.  Her exposure includes appearances on television and radio, and serving as a keynote speaker for women’s conferences and retreats. She is the 2011 recipient of the Unsung Heroine Award in recognition of her outstanding dedication, commitment and support, presented by Saving Our Children and Families, Inc.

Linda Michelle’s transparency and joyful attitude empowers women with courage and hope. Her sincere desire and dedication is to see women of all ages, nationalities and backgrounds healed and whole­, encouraging them to “Celebrate You!” as they move from their pain to their purpose.
